The Third Day of the Erasmus Winter Online School (January 15, 2025)

On January 15, 2025, the winter school of BURN project dedicated its second day to exploring the EDMR-assisted therapy protocol for chronic pain.

We delved into extended EDMR protocols, abbreviated protocols, and their integration with other therapeutic techniques. Through case studies, Mark Grant presented materials of the structure of bilateral stimulation in psychotherapy process, with a particular focus on the desensitization process. Additionally, during workshop day Mark emphasized the importance of paying close attention to clients' subjective experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Mark Grant shared his 20 years of experience with the protocol, highlighting key aspects, effective techniques, and areas that require special attention for newcomers.
